Senior Level Rails Developer
Location: Royal Oak MI, they can work remote but have to go in for a meeting on Thursday

Looking for a Senior-level developer with a strong Rails background. Candidates should be self-driven and interested in taking ownership of new projects and features. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues on the Analytics and Data Science team and with other employees on associated projects.
Responsibilities include the following, depending on the candidate's skillset:
•Working closely with the Analytics and Data Science team to develop a core analytics product utilizing healthcare information and behavioral data
•Designing and implementing complex greenfield projects that will be actively used by doctors and healthcare providers
•Enhancing existing interfaces and dashboards used by clinical staff
•Performing analysis on data from external data providers to improve product offerings
•Adding test coverage and refactoring key parts of our system
•Ensuring data validity
